Applicants are required to upload the completed Project Application Form and Presentation Slides
using the designated upload system.

The company and project descriptions provided in this form will be featured in the Winners’ Projects Brochure if your company is shortlisted as a finalist.
📊 Presentation Slides
* Submissions must not exceed three (3) slides.
* Slides must clearly address the four judging criteria: Business Impact, Maturity, Relevance, and Innovation.
Please note: If a project is shortlisted, the submitted presentation will be considered final and will be used for evaluation purposes..
🖼️ Company Logo
Upload both colored and white versions of your company logo. These will be used in event materials and in the Winners’ Projects Brochure if your company is shortlisted as a finalist.
📩 Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email from OPAL BPA 2026 once your submission has been reviewed.
